Our Team

Anwar Bin Asger Ali

Director & Physiotherapist

Anwar has worked at the highest level of sport, supporting Singapore's national rugby, men's water polo, and women's basketball teams, and brings that same precision into the clinic.

As Director of Limitless Physiotherapy in Singapore, he helps people overcome TMJ issues, back pain, persistent pain, and long-term physiotherapy rehab with a clear, progressive approach that makes recovery feel possible again.

Dr. Gary Koh

Physiotherapist

Dr. Gary brings together deep hospital experience and a calm, practical rehab style that helps active adults get back to living well.

After leading the Upper Limb Physiotherapy Service at Singapore General Hospital and serving as a Team Physiotherapist for the 2023 SEA Games, he now focuses on shoulder, knee, ankle, and spine physiotherapy, including post-operative rehab and sports injury recovery.

Vincent Wong

Physiotherapist

Vincent's passion is to help people close the gap between rehab and performance. Drawing from his experience at Singapore General Hospital, Lion City Sailors, and international competitions, he guides clients through lower limb rehab, ACL rehabilitation, and return-to-sport physiotherapy with a clear, strength-based approach that rebuilds confidence as much as capacity.

Azizul Kamal

Rehab Trainer

Zul is especially good at helping people who feel unsure about where to begin. As an ACE-certified rehab trainer, he supports older adults and beginners in rebuilding strength, confidence, and independence, with experience guiding clients through challenges such as tennis elbow, slip disc-related setbacks, stroke rehabilitation, and safe return to exercise.

Mefawee Ruangwilai

Rehab Trainer

Mef works with the belief that good rehab should make you feel stronger, not more cautious. A certified trainer and active hybrid athlete himself, he helps clients return to sport, train consistently, and build long-term resilience through strength-based rehab that is especially effective for active people managing recurring setbacks, HYROX preparation, and performance goals.

Alan Sim

Sports Massage Therapist

Alan is known for finding the real source of tension rather than just chasing the sore spot. He works with both active and desk-bound clients to ease tightness, overuse pain, and movement-related discomfort, helping with common issues such as shoulder tightness, lower back pain, and tennis elbow through practical, results-focused sports massage.

What Our
Clients Say

FAQs

  • Your session starts with a quick conversation about your symptoms, goals and any recent changes. We run a detailed movement and strength assessment to understand the root cause, then treat it using a mix of hands-on therapy, targeted techniques (like dry needling or shockwave if needed) and personalised exercises. You’ll leave knowing exactly what’s going on and what your plan looks like.

  • Yes. Most clients use their insurance to claim physiotherapy sessions. After your appointment, we provide you with an itemised receipt you can submit directly to your insurer. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we can point you to the right questions to ask your provider.

  • No referral needed. You can book directly with us — and in most cases, seeing a physiotherapist early helps you recover faster. If we believe imaging or a specialist review is necessary, we’ll advise you and help guide that process.
